Marine Waste Sea Clean Up Conveyor System

At the heart of Sea Hunter Pro — and the single feature that sets it apart from Sea Hunter — is its full conveyor-belt collection system. Two fast-turning sweeping arms guide marine litter onto the main collection conveyor, which can recover floating debris such as plastics, algae, sargassum, wood and tree branches continuously and without interruption. Unlike Sea Hunter’s basket system, the conveyor belt is built for sustained, high-density litter loads. Acting as an algae collection boat — or algae clean-up vessel — in waters affected by heavy algae or sargassum bloom, the conveyor system helps reduce marine pollution at the source, supporting broader ocean clean-up efforts.

Our sea-surface clean-up conveyors are designed and optimized in-house by EPS. With more than 100,000 working hours, our marine trash recovery systems are tested and approved by customers across multiple locations — among the best-performing sea clean-up technology available today. The conveyor chassis is made of 5083 Series Marine Grade Aluminum, and the woven belt uses an engineering-grade plastic that is easy to replace and simple to maintain. Hydraulically powered, with independent speed control and electro-hydraulic operation, the conveyor gives the operator the most ergonomic and highest-efficiency collection experience. All movement and controls can be operated from a single console.
